In 2019, Adrian Forge — then an engineering director frustrated by how poorly online courses prepared people for real work — recorded a full-stack course in his spare bedroom with learning scientist Leila Nassar. Their rule: teach only what practitioners actually do, through projects students actually build.
That first cohort finished at six times the industry completion rate. Today, ForgeInBit serves 3,000+ learners in 140 countries — and every course still follows the same rule.
